On August 12, the Civil Aviation Administration of China announced suspension against the following six international flights:

  • Air China flight CA180 from Manila to Beijing
  • Air China flight CA722 from Minsk to Hohhot
  • China Southern flight CZ348 from Paris to Guangzhou
  • Air China flight CA908 from Madrid to Tianjin
  • Aeroflot flight SU208 from Moscow to Shanghai
  • Kenya Airways flight KQ882 from Nairobi to Guangzhou

On July 27, five passengers on flight CA180 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, CA180 got suspended for two weeks starting August 23.

On July 31, five passengers on flight CA722 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, CA722 got suspended for two weeks starting August 16.

Five passengers on flight CZ348 and seven passengers on flight CA908 tested positive for the novel coronavirus on July 30 and August 1 respectively.

As a result, CZ348 and CA908 got suspended for two weeks starting August 16.

On July 30, five passengers on flight SU208 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, SU208 got suspended for two weeks starting August 16.

On July 27, six passengers on flight KQ882 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, KQ882 will continue to be suspended for two weeks starting August 23.
