CAAC suspends 2 more flights to China

On August 24, the CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) announced suspension against the following two international flights:

  • EgyptAir flight MS953 from Cairo to Hangzhou
  • Air China flight CA934 from Moscow to Shanghai

On August 11, eight passengers on flight MS953 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

On August 12, five passengers on flight CA934 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, these two flights got suspended for two weeks starting August 30.
