On April 2, the CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) announced suspension against the following TWO flights:
- Korean Air flight KE865 from Seoul to Guangzhou
- Jeju Air flight 7C8905 from Seoul to Harbin
On March 23, 9 passengers on flight KE865, and 5 passengers on flight 7C8905 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
As a result:
- KE865 was suspended for two weeks starting April 11.
- Because 7C8905 is an award flight of 7C8501 (from Seoul to Weihai), the CAAC canceled 7C8905 starting Mar 28 and suspended 7C8501 for two weeks starting April 11.
