On July 6, the CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) announced suspension against the following TWO flights:
- Hainan Airlines flight HU7992 from Rome to Chongqing
- China Eastern flight MU208 from Toronto to Hangzhou
On June 24, 5 passengers on flight HU7992 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
As a result, HU7992 was suspended for two weeks starting July 11.
On June 26, 10 passengers on flight MU208 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
As a result, MU208 was suspended for four weeks starting August 8.
