Oh Boy! The CAAC suspends 4 flights to China

Cancelled Flights

The CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) announced suspension against the following FOUR flights:

  • Scandinavian Airlines Flight SK997 from Copenhagen to Shanghai
  • All Nippon flight NH927 from Tokyo to Qingdao
  • Lufthansa flight LH720 from Frankfurt to Shenyang
  • Lufthansa flight LH728 from Frankfurt to Shanghai

On July 20, 6 passengers on flight SK997, 5 passengers on flight NH927, and 6 passengers on flight LH720 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result:

  • SK997 was suspended for two weeks starting August 8.
  • NH927 was suspended for two weeks starting August 8.
  • LH720 was suspended for two weeks starting August 22.

On July 21, 9 passengers on flight LH728 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, the Wednesday flight of LH728 was suspended for two weeks starting August 8.
